Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK ahead of Redding with just eleven laps to go, whilst Alvaro Bautista carved his way up the order in the second half of the race.

Toprak Razgatlioglu was unbeatable this weekend as the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WSBK Team rider claimed a commanding triple victory in front of a huge crowd.

Razgatlioglu grabbed the lead on the opening lap from Nicolo Bulega and Scott Redding, and the Turkish rider once again delivered a flawless performance to break the pack to be dominant again at Donington Park.

The battle for second was initially between Bulega, Alex Lowes and Redding as the British contenders fought to be on the podium in front of their home crowd. Lowes had edged ahead of his Bonovo Action BMW rival after the opening five laps, but Redding was pushing him hard.

The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship moved from Italy to the United Kingdom for the Prosecco DOC UK Round and it was an unforgettable round.

Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) extended his Championship lead at Donington Park as he made it seven consecutive wins, while Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) claimed his first Yamaha rostrum on home soil.
